My North Shore based service industry client, is growing their team and is looking for super motivated BDM’s to get out, acquire new business and grow their client base.
They have an awesome service offering, at a price point that their customers will use them over their competitors, so it wont be hard to engage with new customers and get them on board. This is a business to business sales role and it will not be a hard sell.
About you:
They are only looking for BDM’s who are used to cold calling and making sales appointments, presenting and closing sales. We need those who enjoy getting out of the office and will proactively visit new B2B clients every day.
Your hit rate will be high, so the more you get out in front of new customers…the more success you will have.
What we are keen to attract are those sales people who are not satisfied by average. Those who will work hard and put in the sales activity to talk to more customers and close more deals. We are looking for those that really want to make good $$$, so we only want highly motivated sales people who will get out there and smash it.
This will sound a bit blunt, but this role is not for those who prefer managing accounts, or who have not had field based sales experience.
The Rewards:

On offer is a base salary of $80K Base + Co Car and commissions. OTE is completely uncapped. (Good potential to earn a lot more).
