About this role
Ballantynes are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers great variety working within both the Kin Bistro and iconic Tearooms.
As a Café Assistant you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Extensive Experience working Front of House in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a timely manner – 150+ coffees per day
- Table Service Experience
- High Standard of Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred
This is a permanent opportunity and hours will be flexible across the week, including weekends. The role is a minimum of 20 hours per week .
