We have an exciting opportunity for a Cafeteria Assistant Casual at our Te Wānanga o Aotearoa Porirua campus. If you are a friendly and customer focused person and not looking for a full time / permanent gig, this role is waiting for you.
This position will assist the Cafeteria Supervisor as and when required, in the preparation and presentation of food for students and staff, and ensuring the cafeteria is clean and tidy.
This role requires:
- Basic food preparation experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work unsupervised
- Basic knowledge in operating commercial kitchen equipment
The role is permanent part time, you will be required to work 18.75 hours per week between Friday afternoon through to Sunday afternoon. Occasionally there could be the opportunity for mid-week work if the applicant is available.
