Type of roles available as follows:
Car Groomer / Cleaner
As a key component to our operations, you will be responsible for checking and preparing our vehicles to ensure they are in the best condition possible for our customers. You will be responsible for cleaning (interior and exterior), washing, and vacuuming all returned vehicles.
You will also be required to review petrol/diesel levels, car kilometres and accurately input details into our hand-held devices, then refuel tanks, check fluid levels, tyre conditions, tyre pressure and tread depth. Finally assessing vehicles for any potential new damages and reporting it as per our vehicle damage procedure.
Customer Services / Car Rental Agent
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and ensure vehicles are always spotless and ready for hire.
In our smaller locations there will be a requirement for you to assist with the cleaning of returned vehicles as well.
What we are looking for:
- Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems / hand-held devices to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
As we operate 7 days a week, you will be required to work nights (until 7.30 pm) and weekends as per our rotating roster.
