Key requirements for all chef positions:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen with experience in the role you are applying for
- Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
- Willingness to be hands on during key service times – weekends and evenings included
- Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
- High personal standards passed on to entire kitchen team
- Ability to work nights and roster weekends
- A passion for delivering great food!
