Kansas City – USA – Part time jobs for students
*THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE DENVER,CO METRO AREA*
Changing the face of healthcare, one senior at a time.
Consider an 85-year-old woman with multiple co-morbidities. She enjoys her home in an assisted living community. She is cognitively intact and has a panoply of attending physicians and specialists that she has to leave her home to see weekly.
What if her care was provided in an on-site clinic?
What if her care was coordinated by one primary care provider using one formal medical record that integrated information from office and hospital visits, to lab and imaging results, and medications?
Is this a model of healthcare that resonates with you? Are you interested in being part of a growing, innovative, integrated, caring, outcomes-based model?
If so, then Redwood Health Partners is a right fit for you.
