The job of Customer Experience Officer (Part-Time) is extremely varied, ensuring the customer journey for all visitors is engaging, efficient, and effective.
The role is focused on collaborating with colleagues to provide the range of services set out in the Job Description
Based primarily at the Owaka Community Library and Visitor Information Centre you will work 22.5 permanent hours as required.
This role is a great opportunity for a bright, outgoing person with great digital and organisational skills and knowledge of local tourist attractions.
You must have the flexibility to work additional days, as required. This role is not suitable for those with other, fixed commitments.
