Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to a wide variety of customer queries.
- Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services
- Complete any associated processing administration
- Manage any necessary follow-up actions required to facilitate a timely response

To be successful in your application for this position you will have:
- Previous experience working in a phone-based customer service role
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency skills, especially in MS Office suite
