We are seeking a team player to provide exceptional customer service to our clients within the civil, water, wastewater and drainage industries. Responsibilities will include front counter customer sales & service, phone enquiries & quotes, yard & stock control, assisting with deliveries and the loading/unloading of customer vehicles at our busy branch. This is a people focused and a fun role where you get to build and develop relationships with customers on a daily basis. The normal hours will be Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. There will be some flexibility required to work additional hours from time to time to cover leave, customer demand etc.
What you will bring to Hynds:
- Previous frontline/front counter customer service experience in a similar environment or industry
- Knowledge of our products and how they work is advantageous
- A keen interest in our industry
- Good level of computer literacy
- Current full driver’s license is required
- Forklift license (F endorsement) is beneficial, but training is provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with self-confidence to approach and engage with customers
- A reasonable level of physical fitness.
