They have recently taken over the management of a well-known Christchurch shopping Centre. Their Centre Management team are undergoing some exciting new developments in 2022 and are seeking two new Customer Service team members to assist with day-to-day customer service support within the shopping centre.
The existing team are a passionate group of individuals who love what they do and work well together in a focused, busy environment.
This a part time role of 8 -15 hours per week, with occasional on call hours as well. This a ongoing temporary position, with the expectation you will become a valued team member and a core part of the centre’s success.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers and answering Centre and local area enquires, in person, on the phone and by email
- Issuing Gift Cards and managing gift card enquiries and reporting
- Issuing Tickets and giving information on Ticketek
- Handling Customer complaints and comments placed on our Feedback page on the Website, and in person
- Hiring out Wheelchairs/Mobility Scooter and Prams, following company procedures
- Recording Lost Property and Found items, following company procedures
- Communicating feedback, queries and issue that arise with Tenants and customers, to the correct person in the Management office as required
The Shopping Centre is located in a lively part of Shirley and your shifts would include:
Monday 11.00 – 6.15pm
Thursday and Friday evenings 6.00 – 9.15pm
Saturday 8.45am – 3.00pm
Sunday 8.45 – 3.00pm
