McCurdy Trucks require new team members to join our busy award winning Truck and Trailer repair Dealership.
We represent the best brands in the market and cover the entire Taranaki region from our branch located in Bell Block, New Plymouth.
We are the Taranaki agents for Truckstops (Volvo, Mack & Hino), Cummins Engine Company, Scania, Case & ASV and Isuzu Master Truck dealer for Taranaki, Wanganui and King Country.
Our New Plymouth branch requires a Diesel Mechanic / Technician that can carry out servicing, general R&M repairs and diagnostics on trucks and trailers.
There is also an option of joining our after hours Breakdown Team, for the right person.
You will be required to:
- Carry out all repairs to trucks and trailers
- Carry out general servicing when required
- Diagnose and trace a variety of faults
- Make modifications and adaptions (Square peg to round hole!)
- Understand the pressures on the transport industry and be willing to exceed expectations to get our customers back on the road.
