The ideal candidate will
Have strong leadership skills and the ability to create a fun, motivating and positive workplace culture amongst all team members.
You will have hands on knowledge of contemporary service and good knowledge of New Zealand wine, spirits, craft beer and coffee.
You will know how to run a clean working environment, stock management skills, such as stock rotation.
You will hold a current General Managers Certificate, and have up to 2 successful years already as a Bar Manager
