It runs Monday through Friday, from 3:10 to 5:15. Lead activity Instructors will be responsible for developing lesson plans to support the program’s selected academic and social-emotional learning outcomes. We are especially interested in hiring instructors who possess special skills in the following areas: art, music, theater, dance, STEM (Legos, hands on science projects) and outdoor learning and nature exploration.Hours: Part-Time: Varying schedules available from 3:00 pm to to 5:30 pm, 1-5 days/week. There may also be before school hours and half day of school hours available.
Instructors will also have paid professional development and planning time.Requirements: Candidates must have experience working with elementary age school children. It is preferred that lead teachers have an associates degree, or degree in progress, or relevant professional experience in the class they are interested in facilitating. Employment offers are contingent on successful passing of a MA Background Records Check (CORI and Fingerprinting). Citizenship, residency or work visa required.Salary: Competitive hourly wage based on professional experience and education.
