About the Role
The School of Nursing and Midwifery is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to the Dean and wider Dean’s Unit. The role is critical to the ability of the School Executive to execute their obligations and achieve their high level objectives.
The Executive Assistant is the first point of contact and liaison for both internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the Dean. This position will provide and facilitate communications between both academic and professional staff within the School to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
This role is required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the operations of the office. The position provides executive support to the Dean but also manages the workflow for the Dean’s Unit including prioritisation of critical operational activities. The Executive Assistant is responsible for diary management, telephone and correspondence management, travel management, procurement, TEMS, work prioritisation and task triaging.
This is a full-time, ongoing position and is located at the Parramatta South Campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 $98,696 to $105,828 p.a. (comprising Salary of $83,399 to $89,426 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
