We are looking for someone experienced in Customer Service to join our growing team.
You will be contracted to provide leads for a Nationwide Government Insulation and Heating Programme.
In this position you will be working face to face in the community (Census Style) giving HomeOwners in Decile 8,9,10 areas an 80% subsidy on Insulation and Heating (MapsProvided)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Book Qualified Homeowners for a Free 1 hour Heating Assessment
- Achieve Company Set KPI’s
- Inputting data into a company database
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Look presentable
- Have your own form of reliable transport
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Hours negotiable)
- Able to achieve the companies minimum appointment KPI’s
- The ability to self manage and work autonomously
Pay: option to choose between hourly or per booking
- $25 per hour
- $200 weekly bonus (Once a minimum number of Appointments have been booked) OR
- $25 per qualified booking (current staff are earning between $60-$100 per hour they are working)
