Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

Financial Services is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Financial Administrator to join the Financial Services team. As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial administrative support and advice to IT Services in relation to software licenses and software support contract renewals, as well as providing financial and general administrative support to Service Units and Colleges where the finance shared services structure is in place.


Mōu | Who You Are

To be successful in the role you will ideally have the following:

  • 3+ years financial administration experience
  • excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to establish and build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and processes.
  • The ability to use and support a wide variety of systems, for example, Oracle EBS, as well as experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
