We are looking for a part time staff member to join our Le Xom Asian Street Food Restaurant in Sumner Christchurch.
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for all restaurant service attributes on a day to day basis.
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverage list.
- Maintaining standards for food safety in the restaurant area.
- Ensuring all equipment and restaurant environments are operational.
- Imparting knowledge, skills and training to fellow restaurant staff.
- Upholding morale in the restaurant
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in similar role
- Experience working as part of a high performing cohesive team
- Experience in meeting and exceeding operating standards
- Confidence in following instructions and in reporting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Wine and Food matching skills
- Experience mixing and serving cocktails in a bar environment.
Part time Hours:two to three shifts per week, about 5 to 10 hours a week.
Working hour: shifts are all after 5pm, need to be available Friday, Saturday and one other week days evening.
Salary: $20.5 to $21.2 per hour
Expected start date: ASAP
