Our paid co-op is designed to leverage your strengths and position you to add value to your team from day one. Our co-op serves as a pipeline to our buyer development program, and we are seeking students interested in a full-time rotational position upon graduation. The opportunities for co-ops who are motivated to learn and grow in this industry are endless!

Basic Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year degree program
- Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred fields of study include Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with a strong interest in Operations and Manufacturing.
- Passion for Supply Chain Management & Aerospace
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Works with cross functional teams or independently
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office programs
- SAP experience (beneficial, but not required)
