The Trust provides medical and life insurance products to members and manages 75 holiday accommodation properties around New Zealand for members’ use. The Trust is looking for a part-time Group Administrator to provide general administration support to the team.

The Group Administrator (part-time) would be responsible for providing efficient administration function which ensures that bookings for the holiday network are completed accurately; receipts for bookings, subscriptions and miscellaneous income are completed accurately and efficiently. As the Group Administrator you will ensure all work is dealt with quickly and accurately with excellent customer service provided to our internal customers.

Role requirement:
- 12 hours per week (10am to 2pm)
- 3 days per week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Opportunity to Work from home
To excel in this position, you will have:
- Experience in administration
- Knowledge of basic finance & record management
- Well organised
- Exceptional Data entry skills both in speed and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
