In this role, you will be tasked with strategic oversight of the quality management and audit system which are key inputs into the clinical governance of the health function.
You will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of health quality management tools, frameworks and interventions in line with the current health strategy.
Some key areas of work of this role include:
- Health Quality Management
- Training
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Documentation Management
- Projects
- Business Planning
To be considered for this role, you must obtain the following attributes:
- Minimum 3 years’ or more of health management experience
- Experience with the development and implementation of health quality frameworks in a large, diverse organisation
- Sound knowledge relevant legislation
- Ability to manage and deliver projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Influencing skills, ability to assert own ideas and persuade others, gaining their support and commitment
Security Clearance Requirements: You will need to be a New Zealand citizen, who has resided in this country continuously for at least the last ten years or is a citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one of more of the following countries for the last ten years; either Australia, Canada, NZ, the United Kingdom or the United States of America. We can consider candidates with a Residence Class Visa, however no working visas.
