The role
With guest satisfaction being your number one priority, you’ll spend your time welcoming incoming guests, answering incoming calls and assisting with the check in/out processes. This is an opportunity for someone wanting to begin a Front Office career, full training will be provided for the right person. Payrates start at $22.00 per hour.
The who
First and foremost, as one of the first people our guests will speak with or meet on arrival, it is essential that you have a friendly and helpful disposition. You’ll come with customer service experience on some level and understand that first impressions count so your personal presentation will be impeccable. You’ll need to be flexible with your availability as shifts start at either 6.45am or 2.45pm and work on a rotating roster over 7 days.
