Global Bus Ventures is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to replace the current HR Advisor who has taken up a full time role.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving the culture and staff engagement within the business. You will be instrumental in providing HR support and strategic advice to achieve business goals and objectives and oversee HR functions across all facets of the business.
This part time, fixed term role will involve flexibility of around 20-25 hours per week. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR function including:
- Develop and support HR processes and planning and offer strategic advice at a Senior Leadership level
- Provide support to the management team in all aspects of human resource, engagement, coaching and people development
- Develop and support all HR processes around recruitment, induction, retention, engagement, and performance management of staff
- Oversee the maintenance of all employee paperwork including agreements / employee files / training records in compliance with relevant legislation
- Developing and maintaining effective communication and positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
