This is a key role within the business and offers you the opportunity to help drive improvements in processes, shape our social media and digital delivery methods as well as ensuring that the business is utilising technology to ensure compliance standards are met.
The role would suit someone who is looking to put their strong organisational and administrative skills to use as part of a fast paced and dynamic business, whilst enjoying the flexibility of part time and a mixture working from the office and at home.

This is a Christchurch owned and operated business that has been a leader within the local market for over 6 years, servicing a broad range of clients that include some of the region’s most well-known corporates through to high-growth SME’s.
Based in the heart of Christchurch’s CBD the business was founded on a strong set of values, consistently placing people at the forefront of everything they do.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager and supporting a team of 3 consultants, the role will include;
- HR & Recruitment support including References, Compliance (MOJ, Credit & Visa checks), Contract Generation and assisting in new Employee On-boarding
- Generating and sending out compliance and business performance reporting
- Assisting in writing and posting job advertisements, and checking responses (training provided)
- Managing the social media channels and helping generate ideas for content
- Ensuring that our digital marketing content is sent out in a timely manner via Mailchimp & SurveyMonkey
- Assist with organizing events including arranging venues, catering and invites
- Welcoming clients (by appointment only) to the office and ensuring they are looked after
- Provide basic PA duties to the Director and assist with basic invoicing through Xero
Your Profile
- Highly organized individual who is able to prioritise tasks in an efficient manner
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration with 6+ months experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to confidently engage with people in person and over the phone
- Enjoy working with technology / social media platforms and be happy to try new ideas
- Want to be part of a close-knit and successful team that enjoys having fun in and out of the office
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights to New Zealand
