Our dynamic and innovative People and Culture team are transforming their organisation needs at CEDP to help all staff and students achieve our strategic goals. As part of that strategy, we are undertaking an organisation and systems transformation known as project Miralux, targeting a consolidated user experience in one streamlined system using SAP / Successfactors for Recruitment, HR and Payroll services.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Technical Architect to help develop and implement technological processes that align with the future goals of the HR and Payroll teams. This role is offered on a contract basis until September 2022. Specific responsibilities include:

• Validate end to end technical and data designs

• Translate future requirements into technical solutions

• Adhere to specific change processes and ensure alignment to organisational standards.

• Manage relationships with Technology Stakeholders to embed the solution into the existing environment.

• Provide continuous support to business representatives

About you:

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Relevant tertiary-level qualifications

• TOGAF Certification preferred

• Domaine expertise in HR and/or Payroll

• Significant experience in HRIS systems

• Strong technical engineering and modelling skills

• Data Migration and Data Warehouse experience

• Technical integration skills

• SAP/ Success Factors experience desired
