This role is part of our People and Culture team responsible for ensuring that the Hospice is a great place for our staff to work and our volunteers to contribute to the special work that we do.
We have a supportive, innovative team and offer an award-winning wellbeing programme which offers things like carers leave, wellbeing payments and a wellbeing day each year.
This role will get involved in the whole employee life cycle from recruitment, orientation, running satisfaction surveys, supporting our wellbeing programme, learning and development and exit interviews and analysis. You will support our retail network with HR advice and development initiatives. You will get involved in human resources projects and provide low level employment law advice.
