One Fat Bird is on the hunt for our next Kitchen Hand!

One Fat Bird is owned and operated by Kāpura, one of New Zealand’s largest and fastest growing hospitality companies! This is a role that is perfect for any aspiring chefs out there! You will do a bit of everything, from making sure that the kitchen is clean, to assisting the head chef by preparing high quality meals for our customers. Most world renowned Chefs and TV Chefs (even the pretentious ones) started their career as a Kitchen Hand. We need someone who can fill all of the duties of a Kitchen Hand and is keen to also get involved and support the chefs with cooking duties!

We are on the hunt for someone who:

• Is after approximately 18 hours per week – primarily on the weekends
• Can maintain a clean kitchen
• Is a quick learner
• Is able to work well under pressure
• Can jump between jobs
• Can be a team player
