About the role:
Day to day tasks would involve:
- tSupporting the mechanics and delivery of the Graduate Programme
- tCoordinating learning events both face-to-face and online and providing general admin support
- tLearning Management System (TalentHub) administration including scheduling and reporting
- tEvaluate training effectiveness
To be successful for this role you’ll need:
- tExceptional organisation and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- tStrong client focus with a can-do attitude
- tAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new systems easily
- tExcellent communication skills
