TITLE: Mail Center Clerk
DEPARTMENT: Mail Center
SUPERVISOR: Lauren Richardson
SSTA APPROVER: Lauren Richardson
SCHEDULE: 6 Hours per week
General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
Mail Center clerks perform general clerical work in support of the USPS and WSU’s Mail Center. This position is responsible for duties such as metering packages, sorting and processing of student packages; completion of various mail projects for a department, University, or Center; making photocopies; and/or running various errands.
Job Requirements:
Special Requirements or Experience:
- Organized/detail oriented. Friendly, responsive, team player
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible hours M-F within the student class schedule. The number of hours per week is governed by Financial Aid.
