Our client is looking for a Marketing and Engagement Advisor to assist them to drive their brand. This is a full time, permanent position, based in Johnsonville. This role could be ideal if you are a Marketing Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career.
This is a varied role which brings new tasks and challenges every day. Our client is looking for someone with a great understanding of marketing, the drive to ensure great customer experiences and the ability to self-manage with confidence and initiative to take on this new role and really make it their own.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:
- Creating and scheduling content for social media and website platforms.
- Assisting with the design and formatting of internal documents and resources to ensure it aligns with company branding.
- Maintaining vacancy listings on Trade Me and other website directories.
- Coordinating events and placement of advertising
- Proofing company documents to ensure copy aligns with the company brand.
- Liaising with local Managers and external agencies.
- Management of marketing material creation and ordering
- Maintaining company information on a variety of websites and directories.
- Taking an active role in improving customer experiences.
- Provide support to the Marketing Team on all marketing and communication matters.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following attributes:
- A team player, a quick learner and a positive person who is always thinking ‘outside the box’
- Energetic, creative and well-organised
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and written skills.
- Degree in marketing and 1+ years’ experience preferable
- Flexible and upbeat with an excellent attitude and a sense of humour
- Experience in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel are essential, and knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous
