Mō tēnei tūranga mahi – About the role
This role will support the Marketing Promotions team to implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to profile and promote Ara and recruit students to Ara’s various programmes and courses. The role will include a variety of activities and administrative tasks as well as any other specific area of need as directed by the Marketing Promotions Manager. They will also be required to work closely with the Production and Engagement teams as required to deliver results. The role will involve a level of autonomy, time management, consultation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. The key function of the role is to support the team to raise Ara’s brand profile and delivering campaigns to support student recruitment, including to existing students to further study.

- Experience in working collaboratively as part of a marketing team
- Understanding of marketing processes and requirements
- High level of computer literacy and skills, and ability to learn new systems or apps
- Proficiency in data input, management, and reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and task-oriented, ability to time manage
