Job Description

We have a rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the onsite team at Merivale Mall on a part-time (25 hours per week) basis. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to prepare and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in maximising customer traffic, and ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence for the mall.

  • Successfully develop & implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Build a positive brand profile
  • Develop and implement social media and digital strategy
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, key community media, and stakeholders
  • Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes
  • Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the centre services

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail
  • Experience in delivering a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based CMS
  • Proficient in E-Direct marketing, Google Analytics, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
