You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer’s first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.
What you will bring

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
More about this role
This role will support the Motueka and some Nelson stores at 13.75 hours weekly across Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Stores to support
- New World Nelson, Stoke, Motueka
Work schedule
- Sundays – 4pm start (3.5 hours)
- Mondays – 7am start (2.75 hours)
- Tuesdays – 9am start (2.25 hours)
- Wednesdays – 7am start (2 hours)
- Fridays – 7am start (3.25 hours)
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the areas of FMCG, sales, retail, and/or grocery would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
- Flexibility is a must as hours may change due to business needs and busy season
- Current driver’s license (unrestricted)
- Road worthy vehicle covered by a comprehensive car insurance
