The job includes picking up the kids from care and school, looking after them in the afternoon and driving them home (20min drive), so a full licence is a must, your own car with space for 3 car seats would be amazing (we will pay extra for petrol to cover the cost of driving pur munchkins around), otherwise we will work out to have a car for you.
We are an active family and the playground in ngaio is a well loved after school activity for the kids, but they also love hanging out at home. We also have a trampoline, slackline, heaps of land and animals for them to be entertained at home.
We have a dog that is very calm, no bark or jump, but loves cuddles and just hanging out with people.
As i do shift work, the needed childcare hours vary a lot. To keep consistent hours for you, we would like for you to help out with a few light household chores such as vacuuming, tidying up kids rooms, putting kids laundry away. Happy to discuss any particular things you would prefer/prefer not to do.
Hours are
Monday 1.30-6
Tuesday 2.30-6
Wednesday 2.30-6
Thuesday 2.30-6
Friday 2.30-6
Ideally we would like to find someone permanent, but will also consider a fixed term
