- To be the primary point of contact for Access Community Health enquiries
- Maintain documentation of all enquiries and responses for future reference
- To apply Access Customer Service Excellence Standards in all interactions
- To respond to all queries within agreed service time frames
- To accurately capture and escalate all reported client and staff incidents including contributions to the Quality and Risk and Health and Safety Systems.
- To deliver services by following our Whakatauaki, “Care for our community, Work together, Look after each other and Do the right thing”.
We are looking for people who share our dedication to work in support of the elderly, people with disability and people recuperating from injury and illness.
Requirements are:
- A customer service star, who puts the customer first in all interactions
