Due to an internal transfer an opportunity now exists to join our New Vehicles team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is a golden opportunity to get a foot in the door at one of New Zealand’s most loved and trusted companies and wow them with your exceptional skills and attitude!
Reporting to the Associate Manager – Direct Operations you will be responsible for processing and coordinating our rental company fulfilment in a timely manner. This involves planning and coordinating the allocation and movement of rental vehicles, completion of all necessary administration and ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
If you are someone who is organised, enjoys planning and likes to have your finger on the pulse of things to ensure that everything runs smoothly – then this is a fantastic role for you!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Toyota New Zealand stakeholders and Stores to organise and coordinate delivery of rental vehicles
- Staying up to date with current inventory and stock availability to determine accurate delivery dates
- Creating plans which support rental delivery at optimum timing
- Ensuring that correct vehicle allocation and parts have been processed

- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel and Word)
- JD Edwards experience an advantage but not essential
