Onboarding Customer Service Representative- Healthcare Industry!

About the role:
- You will be working in a call center-based based environment assisting callers with their queries relevant to the support services that they require. Each call will vary.
- You will be onboarding new customers and advising them on their support care schedules.
- $26 per hour
- Your new office is will be in Auckland CBD
- You will be no stranger to challenges, as this environment will make you think on your feet.
- It will be Monday- Friday from 8:30 am- 5 pm
- You will be responsible for a set of specific customer portfolios, ensure the services match their needs, and help them to be up and running
About you:
- You will come from a background in the service center or have worked in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring experience in client management systems and/or CRM and ERP systems.
- Enjoy problem-solving, and have the resilience to cope with the unexpected.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
