About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Campus Manager to join our team to implement our online strategic plan which focuses on setting up our online for growth and scale on the education, commercial, quality and compliance performance of qualifications within the Online Portfolio with support from direct reports, shared services, and compliance teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for successfully implementing growth strategies and working in a matrix structure to launch our online courses and track each programme’s performance, ensuring that our Online’s EPIs are above the sector median. The strategic plan is designed to lead pre and post enrolment student experience including tutor performance, quality learning and assessment of courses, providing outstanding student experience across the portfolio, driving progression through exit points, and increasing completion and positive outcomes for learners.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand online learning and have knowledge about what is required to improve and maintain quality and scale. You will describe yourself as an enthusiastic, positive, patient, and motivated self-starter who has a passion for sharing knowledge and trying new things. Your exceptional communication and time management skills, along with the ability to connect and build relationships will be the key to your success!
