Physiotherapist Palliative Care

The Company

Our client is a Hospice providing In patient and community healthcare services to palliative patients in the Wellington Region.

The Role

This position is a temporary annual leave cover from 30 May to 29 July 22, 2 days per week. You can choose which days you prefer to work between Monday to Friday.

Sole charge PT role where you will be responsible for carrying out patient assessments and symptom management in the In Patient Unit and out in the community

Some community visits may also be required

Skills and Experience

To thrive in this role you must be a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist Therapist who has:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Min 2 years post graduate Physiotherapist experience
  • Experience in the palliative sector will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Drivers’ license is essential
