An opportunity is now available for an experienced Process Analyst to join our fantastic team based in East Tamaki.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be working for a market leader within a highly competitive market and fast-paced industry. The Process Analyst is required to understand, design and measure future processes for Daikin. Balance the customer experience, cost to serve, compliance requirements and technology enablers and constraints. Work with internal stakeholders in all departments as well as the teams who will be operating the processes in the future.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows. Test and execute processes that have changed.
- Documenting processes and workflows for Digital products.
- Facilitating stakeholder groups regarding new business process design.
- Specialised in the use of business process modelling tools and automation technologies.
- Work alongside the CX Manager and CS Manager to create and lead a Continuous Improvement Forum to resolve escalations, root cause analysis, identifying process and training gaps.
- Focus on continual improvement to service delivery, process and achieving results.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in working on a business transformation project.
- Proven experience in delivering organisational change initiatives.
- Experience with Promapp/Nintex software (advantageous but not essential.)
- Experience in ERP systems, master data management and documenting business processes.
- Knowledge and skills in Contact Centre management, practise, techniques, and technology.
- Experience in digital and technical systems knowledge.
- Experience in Website development and management.
- Be able to communicate and interact very clearly.
- Above average Analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Problem solving skills that allow for high-level alternative scenarios and actions to meet overall objectives.
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes.
- To be able to advise and advocate for good process design and facilitate discussions.
