What will you do?
We are looking for a Procurement Programme Administrator to join our Christchurch based Procurement team. In this role you will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure our systems are meeting their needs, as well as meeting commercial business outcomes!
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on our Procurement Sharepoint site
- Assisting with the development of our Procurement purchasing portal, as well as supporting on a range of other improvement projects
- Sourcing and setting up supplier offers for our Ryman Team Benefits and Ryman Resident Benefits schemes
- Running procurement reports and identifying key findings for management
