Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role:
The Programme Manager will support the delivery of new and emerging programmes, including our Engineering Climate Action programme. Our programmes are focused on supporting our members, and wider industry, engineer better lives for the people of Aotearoa.
We are open to this being a full or part time position.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing effective programmes, maximising Engineering New Zealand’s impact and ensuring the principles, model and methodology of programmes are robust and effective.
Ngā tino Pūkenga/Whēako – Desired skills and experience:
- Previous programme management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- A genuine interest in the important place engineering has in making New Zealanders’ lives better.
