Te Ratonga Pūkaha | Facilities Management

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
UC’s Facilities Management Department has a great opportunity for a Project Support Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will facilitate and support the planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and review of Facilities Management project work to achieve the departments desired outcomes. In addition, you will provide project management services for assigned small or part projects.
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have four years of administrative/coordination experience with at least one of those years being in support of large-scale projects of a complex nature (e.g. Research & development, Engineering, IT). You will be a competent planner, analyser and communicator, and be experienced in the use of reporting in project management. A highly organised individual, with an eye for detail and accuracy, you hold the ability to prioritise and use initiative. A general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, standards and methodologies is a must, coupled with a natural affinity for working to strict deadlines whilst managing various demands.
In addition, a Tertiary Qualification – National Diploma (NZQA Level 6) is required. A relevant tertiary qualification related to Project Management is desirable.

- Security services delivery
- Asset planning, programming and delivery
- Asset maintenance planning, programming and delivery
- Business and Support Services delivery
