What does the day to day look like?
The role of Receivables Administrator involves managing all aspects of billing and remittance reconciliation, dealing with ACC Case Managers around approvals and payments, managing sub-contractor billing, BCTI processing and processes and ensuring all expenditure is on-billed to ACC. You will work closely with the Receivables Admin Coordinator around delivery of all administrative tasks. This permanent part-time position is for 25hrs/week Mon – Fri and situated adjacent to Habit Health’s head office building in bustling Central Wellington. Free gym use available!
Responsibilities include:
- Billing all contracts in a timely manner
- Auditing unbilled charges and coordinating closely with Receivables Admin Coordinator
- Quality check all billing of appointments and contracts
- Ad hoc invoicing for private clients as required
- This is a permanent part time role 25 hours per week, based in Wellington Central with our Finance Team
What do you need to apply?
We are looking for someone with strong personal maturity with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. You will also be passionate, positive, well-rounded, down-to-earth character who can inspire trust and confidence across a professional services group. You will also have:
- 1-2+ years administration experience
- Microsoft Office 365 (certified or highly proficient)
- Xero (certified or highly proficient)
- Strong all-round ability and well-developed EQ
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and solutions focused mindset.
- Good communication skills – written and oral
