Our Triangle Recruitment site based in Onehunga are looking for our next superstar to join the team! This is a varied role and you will be recruiting for a range of Business Support White Collar and other Generalist roles! This is a established desk and you will get to work with some of the best clients in Auckland and around the country.
You will need to have previous Recruitment experience; what’s more important to us is a positive, can do attitude and open to learning, the ability to problem solve and act with urgency, previous experience in a sales environment is beneficial, a team player mentality and the ability to build solid relationships.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Triangle Recruitment your typical day to day duties will include:
- End to end Recruitment activities – from gathering the client brief, advertising, shortlisting and presenting candidates, through to negotiating placements and follow up
- Account management (nurturing your existing client relationships) and new business development (growing your client base)
- Working collaboratively in a team environment, and always striving to do the ‘right thing’
