We are currently expanding our Homecare team in Christchurch and are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Team. If you are looking for a role that sees you working nights then this could be the role for you . This could be a full-time or part-time role rostered across 7 days with flexibility.
The opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with our clients in the community. You will have a desire to learn alongside our supportive team and you will demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills. You will also have opportunities to work across all Healthvision services.
You will enjoy working holistically using a client centric approach working in partnership with a great team including the Support Workers, Area Manager, Clinical Lead, Clients Services Managers, Nurses and Allied Health staff.
There are opportunities for teaching and mentoring our support staff in the field
The successful candidate will have:
- Community experience would be an advantage but full support and training will be provided
- Current registration and NZNC practising certificate
- Evidence of your vaccination status (as per the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021 which specifies that all frontline workers must be vaccinated)
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong solution focus
- High levels of attention to detail and a self-starter
- Strong and positive communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment
- MS Office skills
- Driver licence and the right to work legally and permanently in NZ
