KILT started back in 2000 with the vision to make affordable NZ Made garments right here. KILT now has 20 boutiques throughout New Zealand and a loyal following of KILTies that know and believe in our vision!

Our mission here at KILT is to provide the ultimate styling experiences for each and every customer. It’s so important to us that our garments are made right here and even opened our own factory in Napier to ensure production stays here! In this permanent full time management role you will be:

  • Delivering outstanding styling experiences to each and every customer!
  • Maintaining the visual standards of the boutique and representing the brand.
  • Coach and train your team to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Oversee boutique operations including stock management.

Hours Available:

  • 20-24 hours per week worked Sunday to Thursday.
