The role of the retail assistant includes the following:
- Customer service and sales
- Cleaning and store maintenance
- Assisting and managing events
- Taking responsibility for assigned projects.
The successful applicant will be required to learn about our wide range of products and work well with the team to operate both the retail and event management aspects of the business.
Customer service experience is preferred. Board Games, D&D and Trading Card Game knowledge is also preferred but not essential.
Vaccine Pass will be required due to the requirements of this role.
We are a very fun and flexible team and do our best to work around our staffs schedules.
