We have an opportunity for you to join a tight-knit team in our Hastings store! This is a retail-based position which will including online and email enquiries, phone calls and walk in customers.
Work 27 hours a fortnight, 2 days a week either Sunday & Thursday or Sunday & Tuesday, enjoy the flexibility to make the week your own. You will consult customers through our product ranges to find the right size, style and textile to suit them and their home.
We service our customers with the entire range of curtains, blinds and shutters so we have the perfect solution to suit any home. CurtainStudio is part of The Interiors Group, where we strive to achieve amazing results and create raving fans. We utilise our design expertise and exclusive product range to be able to offer our customers the best products and service nationwide.
We are looking for the right person who is approachable, loves giving design advice and is motivated to find the right solution for our customers’ unique requirements. As well as working your normal shifts it would be advantageous to be flexible to pick up extra shifts to cover team-mates on holiday or sick leave.
Responsibilities include:
Creating lasting relationships with our customers based on your commitment to providing a great service
Maintaining stock through our POS and Microsoft Office systems
Providing both design and technical advice on textiles and product specifications
Making sure every customer feels welcome, understood and able to share their unique style
General shop maintenance including updating merchandise displays and housekeeping
Being motivated to keep up with the latest design trends in the interiors industry to be able to offer your customers the latest style advice
Consult with customers and lead them through our product ranges to find the best solution for them in keeping with the style of their home We offer on-going product training and a great induction package to ensure you have all the tools necessary to provide excellent customer service and design advice.
