We are looking for part-time loss prevention officers to prevent theft and maintain a safe and secure environment for retail staff and customers.
This is a very service-focused role, we require a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. Our loss prevention officers work in busy retail environments, they must remain vigilant to any possible breaches of safety and security whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Duties include:
- Providing a strong presence of security for clients
- Prevention of theft
- Physical response to security incidents
- Daily incident reports
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Skills and Experiences:
Ideally, applicants will have previous retail experience, or loss prevention experience, or security experience.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Familiarity with technology
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
- Can-do attitude and a proven work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Approval (COA)
- Ability to work in New Zealand
