We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the friendly and dynamic team at our Mt Eden Branch.
About the role: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be motivated and customer orientated with a good eye for detail. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquires across designated key accounts, addressing concerns and requests, and working collaboratively to develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers via phone and email
- Raise quotes and process customer orders
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Product research and communication with suppliers
Skills and experience requirements:
- Have a real passion for customer service excellence
- Have a practical and pragmatic approach to seeking solutions
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or sales-focused administration role is preferred
